How do we work

Our work with clients will generally involve
the following:

1. Telephone call/meeting to speak to you about where we could support you with your training or business improvement needs - this is free of charge.
   
   
2. Scoping Day(s): You may know exactly what training you need but we generally find that to make a meaningful contribution to change in an organisation we need to spend some time understanding what you do and how you do it. This will enable us to put together a proposal of how we can support improvement either through training or consulting programmes.
   
   
3. Programme Delivery: Unless it is a one-off piece of training, we will structure a programme of work across a number of milestones and report back to clients at each milestone on progress. Where key deliverables are involved we will outline this in our proposal and milestone plan and will give clients the option to terminate our services if they are not delivered on time or to sufficient quality.
